UNILAB Went Live
March 2018 – Mandaluyong Philippines, The F&B department of UNILAB went live using YSASOF POS with integration to YSASOF ERP back of the house and UNILAB corporate SAP ERP. Serving more than 5,000 employees of meal everyday F&B is now equipped with Point of Sales handling Touch and Pay mode of payment using “Paymaya”, Charge to Cost Center and Salary Deduction.
UNILAB F&B department is now capable of monitoring in-and-out of inventory and forecast the consumables and raw materials needed for 1 week menu. The implementation also includes the deployment of catering services for big events and in-house meeting.
Cost center charging and company cross charging is now almost real-time compared to manual entry and monthly reporting prior to implementation.
The POS solutions also integrates to kitchen operations which auto deduct all meals finish products cooked during the day. Barcoding functionality to confirm production order also put in place.
